Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in guest-facing environments, excels at team leadership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings strong operational awareness, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to leading high-performing service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director of Food & Beverage to oversee front-of-house operations across all hotel outlets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of hosts, servers, bartenders, and baristas to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and hospitality at all touchpoints
  • Monitor daily operations, staffing levels, and floor management to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Handle guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism and urgency
  • Oversee POS system usage, cash handling, and accuracy of transactions
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication between front and back of house
  • Support inventory oversight, beverage programs, and ordering processes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a front-of-house leadership role within hospitality or food & beverage environments
  • Strong focus on guest service excellence and team development
  • Solid understanding of restaurant/bar operations, including service flow and staffing strategies
  • Experience with POS systems and basic financial reporting
  • Knowledge of beverage programs, wine, beer, or coffee is a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
