  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, maintaining excellent phone etiquette at all times
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare reports for management
  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests in compliance with hotel policies

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
