What you will do

• Lead daily warehouse and parts operations, including procurement, receiving, inventory, and distribution.
• Monitor parts consumption and manage procurement within budget to drive profitability.
• Ensure accurate parts data management in SAP for effective reporting and decision-making.
• Optimize stock accuracy through warehouse Kaizen practices and regular inventory reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on workshop needs and ensure seamless service levels.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, credit terms, and warranty coverage.
• Supervise, train, and develop a team of 4–8 direct reports, ensuring continuous growth and performance.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and company governance standards across all warehouse operations.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of parts operations.

Required skills to be successful

• Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents (safety protocols, manuals, procedures).
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
