- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services to guests.
- Assist with guest relations to foster a welcoming environment and build rapport with visitors.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
