We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for reputed hotel based at Buda TX. Previous hotel experience preferred and IHG Hotel experience is a plus. Thanks.

  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Implement effective kitchen management practices to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a skilled and efficient team.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in supervising teams within the hospitality
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Background in hospitality management or food service management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
