Responsibilities

  • Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established company, brand or hotel standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean rooms.
  • Responds to the needs of guests and coworkers in a friendly, positive manner.
  • Within guidelines established by the hotel or management company, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the property.
  • Responsible for carrying out special requests from guests in a timely manner, such as extra towels, replacing faulty equipment, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
