Now Hiring: Room Attendant / Hotel Housekeeper
The Hilton Garden Inn is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant / Housekeeper to join our team. This is a physically active role that plays a critical part in delivering a clean, comfortable guest experience.
No prior hotel experience? No problem—paid training is provided.
Schedule & Availability Requirements:
- Weekend and holiday availability required
(Note: Availability does not guarantee you will be scheduled every weekend/holiday)
- Shift start time: 9:00 AM
- End time varies based on business levels and work efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards
- Make beds, change linens, and restock amenities
- Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage organization
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures
