Position Summary
The Busser supports the front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth dining operations. This role plays a key part in guest experience and table turnover efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly for incoming guests
- Assist servers with food delivery, clearing plates, and refilling tableware
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
- Restock front-of-house supplies such as napkins, utensils, and cups
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently with the team during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred (training provided if none)
- Physically capable of standing and moving for extended periods
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
- Flexible availability required
- Weekend and holiday shifts included
