Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Auditor and Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests through effective communication and guest relations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Provide information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing details.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing front desk operations, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Promote hotel services and upsell room upgrades when appropriate.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Friday/Saturday Evenings are required.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding guest services.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.
