Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and brioche
  • Scale and mix doughs accurately
  • Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking
  • Maintain cleanliness and consistency in all products

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years experience in baking or viennoiserie
  • Strong understanding of laminated dough and fermentation

Requirements

  • Professional experience in pastry or baking (level varies by role)
  • Excellent attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work early mornings and weekends
