About the Role

AIROS is hiring an Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to support our growth strategy by generating high‑quality sales meetings for our Team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a high‑accountability, performance‑based environment, is comfortable on the phone, and understands how to engage IT decision‑makers within MSP‑aligned organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Make high‑volume outbound calls to targeted accounts
  • Set-qualified meetings with IT decision‑makers
  • Work exclusively within a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Maintain clean, accurate activity and meeting notes in HubSpot
  • Own your weekly performance and results without micromanagement

Performance Expectations

Each week, you must meet one of the following:

1,000 outbound dials per week
OR
5 qualified meetings per week

ICP‑qualified and properly documented.

This role is designed for people who want clarity, accountability, and upside — not ambiguity.

Compensation & Earnings

  • On‑Target Earnings (OTE) $72,000 annually with full and market exceeding benefits. Your success is our success and the opportunity for further performance-based revenue share exists.

Who This Role Is For

1–3 years’ experience setting appointments (preferably MSP / IT services)
Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
Highly organized and disciplined
Thrives with clear rules and measurable expectations
Wants control over earnings through performance
