A Day in the Life:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Provide information and answer questions about our menu.
  • Take orders, process payments.
  • Prep menu items and serve through our service line, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Follow recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistent food quality.
  • Perform visual quality inspection of all items and assembly/packing of orders.
  • Maintain clean stations, restocking, food preparation.
  • Maintain clean stations, kitchen, dining area, bathrooms, etc.
  • Shift across stations like register, kitchen expo, beverages.
  • Monitor inventory and perform restock and food preparation.
  • Wrap up with closing duties and restock for next shift.
  • Perform any additional duties as needed to support the team.
