Position: Spa Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure exceptional, personalized service for all guests, including VIPs.
- Manage guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Monitor spa budget, revenue, expenses, and financial performance.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the spa team.
- Update spa menus and wellness programs in line with industry trends.
- Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
