Job Description
- Greet members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures for gym, pool, and spa facilities.
- Manage membership registrations, renewals, and payments.
- Provide information about health club services, facilities, classes, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments for personal training sessions or fitness classes.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update the system accordingly.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of reception and facility areas.
- Monitor guest access and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Promote hotel facilities and encourage upselling of memberships and services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a health club, gym, spa, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and hotel management systems).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
