We’re looking for customer-focused, professional delivery drivers to join our team. Our drivers aren’t just responsible for delivering furniture—they play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver and assemble furniture with professionalism and care, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and communicate effectively throughout the delivery process.
- Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and handling issues with a problem-solving mindset.
- Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, taking precautions to protect customers’ homes and property.
- Educate customers on furniture care and setup, ensuring they are comfortable and happy with their purchase.
- Handle, wrap, and inspect furniture to prevent damage before and during delivery.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Navigate using maps and GPS devices to optimize delivery routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck.
- Handle stressful situations with professionalism while problem-solving on the job.
- Consistently uphold safety and quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- At least 2 years of delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move furniture items over 100 lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Requirements for Drivers:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and other pre-employment screenings.
- Experience driving 24-26 ft. straight/box trucks.
- Strong ability to assess truck volume and efficiently load deliveries.
