Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-store, online, and via phone
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

- Manage inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fashion retail
- Strong background in customer service
- Previous call center experience (mandatory)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Well-presented with a strong sense of style
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
