Full job description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries regarding products, services, orders, and complaints.
- Provide accurate information and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Escalate complex cases to higher authorities when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to service enhancement.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicate with the drivers with the Delivery Issues
- Willing to be on shifting schedule
