Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the reception.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for daily operations.
- Ensure smooth front-desk operations and a professional environment.
- Support billing and insurance-related administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
