,Job Title: Secretary (Temporary / Reliever)
Duration: 30 March to 5 May (Temporary Position)
Salary: AED 3,000
We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary (Reliever), preferably Tagalog to cover a temporary assignment from 30 March to 5 May. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception and general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and transferring incoming phone calls to the concerned staff
- Managing and monitoring daily office emails and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel
- Arranging meetings, both physical and virtual (Microsoft Teams / Zoom)
- Assisting lawyers with scanning and organizing legal memos and documents
- Maintaining the reception area and meeting rooms in a neat and professional manner
- Providing general administrative and office support as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is an advantage
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with office email systems and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to multitask and work independently
