  • Reservation Management: Handling phone/online bookings and managing the waitlist efficiently.
  • Dining Flow Management: Coordinating with waitstaff to manage seating, ensuring an even workload.
  • Customer Service: Answering inquiries, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Area Maintenance: Keeping the entryway and host stand clean and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal skills for engaging with guests and staff.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to manage a busy floor.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Experience: Previous restaurant experience is often preferred.
