HR Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily administrative and HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and confirmation letters
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Track attendance, leave records, and employee data
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
