We are currently seeking a Female Sales Admin with proven experience in sales coordination and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily operations
- Prepare and process sales quotations, LPOs, invoices, and related documentation
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
Requirements:
- Female candidate (as per company requirement)
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in sales coordination and documentation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
