Job Title: Head Chef(Immediate Joining)
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi-Cuisine Chef who can deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and authentic flavors. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and performing efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present multi-cuisine dishes with consistent quality and taste
- Ensure proper portion control, presentation, and food quality standards
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and strictly follow food safety regulations
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for raw materials
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff and assistants
- Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during service hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, spices and cooking techniques across cuisines
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Team player with strong communication and time-management skills
