Location: Dubai Industrial city (please consider location before applying)

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling daily administrative tasks and office coordination
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Preparing and organizing documents, files, and records
  • Assisting with invoicing, basic data entry, and follow-ups
  • Working with Odoo ERP system for data entry, invoicing, and basic reporting
  • Coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
  • Supporting management with routine office tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
  • Experience working with Odoo ERP (mandatory or strong advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Based in UAE or available to work in Dubai
