Full job description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator / Office Secretary to support daily administrative and operational activities in our Dubai office.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and overall office operations
- Handle employee coordination, including leave management, requests, and advance salary tracking
- Assist in processing WPS payroll, including preparation and coordination with banks or payroll providers
- Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems (digital and physical)
- Manage and record petty cash, expenses, and basic financial trackers
- Prepare, organize, and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure proper document control and record keeping
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required
- Travel outside the country when required for business purposes
Requirements
- Can start immediately
- Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Good communication and organizational skills
Languages
- English (required)
- Arabic and French are an advantage
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (depending on experience and interview)
