Responsibilities:
- Manage Listings on CRM and portals, Offplan and ready
- Optimize exposure by monitoring portal scores
- Prepare and organize listing and contract paperwork
- Coordinate with agents, clients, escrow, and title
- Maintain CRM, files, and deadlines
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
Requirements:
- Previous real estate admin experience (must-have)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions at once
- Professional communication skills
