Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice
- Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Candidates with a valid visa will be given preference
