Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations for heavy vehicle spare parts.
  • Receive, inspect, and store materials in an organized manner.
  • Issue spare parts to workshop teams based on job cards.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory controls.
  • Prepare GRN, stock movement reports, and update ERP systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of parts.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and workshop departments for parts requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts (trucks, trailers, equipment).
  • Familiar with inventory systems/ERP (advantage).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced operations.
