Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide accurate information about company services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to address customer concerns.
- Assist in booking and scheduling shipments or services for clients.
- Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
- Support the sales team by providing customer insights and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
