Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide excellent service, and assist them in finding appropriate supplements based on their specific needs and fitness goals.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of all products, their benefits, and proper usage to educate customers and answer questions effectively.
  • Sales and Promotion: Utilize sales techniques to meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, actively promoting new products and special offers.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays are attractive, well-organized, and the overall store environment is clean and welcoming.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking merchandise, and keep accurate records of sales activities.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle various payment methods.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term brand loyalty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is often required, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutrition industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of sports supplements, nutrition, and general health trends is essential to provide credible advice.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
