  • Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email communication with clients
  • Schedule services and coordinate with operations team
  • Manage complaints, requests, and follow-ups
  • Update portals and logs
  • Provide professional, polite, and fast communication

Requirements

  • Good English (spoken + written)
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Fast typing and multitasking skills
  • Pleasant and professional attitude
