Full job description

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Document Controller to manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company, consultant, and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
  • Register and distribute incoming/outgoing documents.
  • Ensure only latest revisions are available at site.
  • Assist project team with timely submission of reports and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with document management procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree holder (Civil/Administration background preferred).
  • 3–5 years experience as Document Controller in UAE construction projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems (Aconex/EDMS preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
