We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Accounts/HR Assistant to work 1-on-1 with management. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and experienced in both administrative support and HR/accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to management
- Handle daily HR tasks including onboarding, records management, and employee queries
- Assist with basic accounts duties (invoicing, expenses, payroll support)
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
- Schedule meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate office activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an Admin, Accounts, or HR support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
