Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Support clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client records
  • Maintain and update client data using CRM systems
  • Handle communication and coordination related to insurance claims and patient coverage
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and support smooth daily operations
  • Assist in client engagement and conversion processes

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Previous experience working with insurance documentation is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of clinical or wellness services is an advantage
  • Responsible, attentive, and client-focused
  • Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
