Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate site surveys, deliveries, and installation work.
- Communicate regularly with clients to confirm requirements and provide updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and installers to ensure materials and resources are ready.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and project documentation.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and progress to ensure on-time completion.
- Conduct basic on-site checks and report issues or delays promptly.
- Maintain accurate records, measurements, and client information.
- Support production manager with administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in project coordination (blinds/curtains/interior fit-out preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under time pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of basic project tools is an advantage.
