Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and approach potential customers in both existing and new markets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product samples, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (preferably in FMCG / manufacturing / trading sectors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
