Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service operations
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to maintain high-quality guest experience
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any service issues promptly
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards throughout the dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role (French Bakery and all day breakfast).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
