Full job description
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients for confirmation and payments.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only.
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in transport/logistics).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
