- Receive, inspect, and document incoming spare parts and equipment according to technical specifications.
- Organize and store materials safely and efficiently, ensuring accessibility and minimizing waste.
- Update inventory records using ERP systems or warehouse management software.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, missing items, and damaged materials.
- Coordinate with the procurement and Warehouse Manager to identify future requirements.
- Apply occupational safety procedures within the warehouse.
- Monitor expiry dates of materials and schedule preventive maintenance for equipment
