Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare LPOs, quotation comparisons, and procurement logs.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and verify compliance with project specifications.
  • Maintain vendor database and ensure timely order follow-up.
  • Support the team with procurement reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain
  • 3–5 years procurement experience (preferably in construction or finishing).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and ERP-based systems.
