Full job description

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
  • Replenish minibar and room supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or lost & found items to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are maintained properly.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy and room security.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
  • Assist with laundry services or deep cleaning when required
