  • Oversee daily operations of clinical services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
  • Monitor and enhance quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient care needs.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and SOPs to maintain high standards of care.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall patient experience.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to coordinate and optimize operations.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and care outcomes.
  • Supervise all the departments and ensure adherence to quality standards and infection control protocols.
  • Review and monitor staff clinical training, records, and compliance with current policies and procedures.
  • Conduct practical assessments and direct observations of clinical staff.
  • Review patient records for accuracy, compliance, and appropriate follow-up care.
  • Monitor performance of specialists’ clinics and ongoing clinical programs.
  • Participate in Clinical Senior Management Team meetings and coordinate with nearby health facilities.
  • Contribute to special projects including quality initiatives, emergency preparedness, and clinical expansion.
