About the Role:
Join our Ops team to maintain, and support POS devices across UAE
You’ll be the on-ground representative ensuring smooth merchant onboarding and device functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and deploy POS terminals at merchant sites
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support
- Collect inactive/canceled devices and return them
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processes
- Train merchants on device usage
- Handle devices/inventory with care and responsibility
- Ensure compliance with quality and company standards
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in field service, logistics, or customer support
- Based in UAE with full mobility
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Able to work independently and report clearly
- POS or fintech knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
