• Greet every guest with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces efficiently and safely.
• Collect parking fees, issue receipts, and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Monitor parking lots to ensure vehicles are parked properly and traffic flow remains smooth.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of parking areas, including removing trash and debris.
• Assist guests with questions about park locations, hours, and amenities.
• Report any unsafe conditions, lost items, or incidents to management immediately.
• Support other team members and departments as needed to ensure an excellent guest experience

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to handle cash and make accurate transactions.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Additional Information:

As a Parking Attendant, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces guests see when arriving at Jenkinson’s! You’ll help provide a smooth and welcoming parking experience by assisting guests with directions, collecting parking fees, and maintaining a safe, organized lot.
