As a Field Supervisor – Wireline, you will be responsible for:
- Under broad direction leads crews and equipment at the workshop and wellsite in the execution of wireline logging and completions services
- Minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment.
- Working with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
- Providing a record of all assemblies as run at the well site to the Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations.
- Being primary contact to work with the Customer Representative advising them on the current challenges at the wellsite exerting significant latitude in determining how to best troubleshoot the well.
- Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.
- Leading and developing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects.
- Showing flexibility and be adaptable to changes to accommodate operations timing, travel requirements and hitch duration.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in wireline operations, with a strong focus on open hole logging.
- Proven experience with Baker Hughes wireline products and technologies is a must.
- Be happy to travel to international locations to work with customers on site.
- Have experience in prior field-based roles.
- Show the ability to adapt and change in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Have an excellent awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks.
- Have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic work environment.
