  • Gender : Female (Preferably)
  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Language Skills : Must be fluent in English ,French & Arabic (both spoken & written) .
  • Experience : Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus. Hospitality experience is preferred .
  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and reminders.
  • Handle general email correspondence and office administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with basic data entry and filing.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
