We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Wedding Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with planning, coordinating, and executing weddings and related events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to plan and execute weddings.
- Assist with event scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.
- Support the wedding planner in all aspects of event preparation and on-site execution.
- Maintain clear communication with clients in Arabic and English.
- Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in wedding or event coordination is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
