Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for water tank cleaning, pipeline disinfection, chlorination, and flushing services.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and client meetings to understand requirements.
• Develop and deliver proposals, quotations, and service solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with FM companies, building owners, property management firms, and residential communities.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close deals.
• Coordinate with the operations/technical team to arrange service schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation such as signed contracts, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain sales reports, pipeline status, and daily activity logs.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations related to water tank hygiene and disinfection.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in FM industry, disinfection services, or cleaning services (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Valid UAE driving license (advantage).
• Basic technical understanding of water tanks, pumps, and pipeline systems (training can be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
