Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the perfume or personal care industry, with hands-on exposure to raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods. The role demands a tech-savvy professional with advanced Excel skills to manage and present real-time stock and inventory data. Strong knowledge of warehouse HSE practices, inventory control, and team supervision is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure correct and safe storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished perfume/personal care products, maintaining compliance with industry-specific storage norms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and ensure reconciliation in coordination with inventory control.
  • Prepare and update real-time stock and inventory reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, dashboards, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Support coordination between production, quality, logistics, and sales teams to meet dispatch deadlines and order accuracy.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards within the warehouse.
  • Implement and adhere to company SOPs and warehouse procedures.
  • Assist in managing warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and efficient material flow.
  • Guide and coordinate a team of warehouse staff (pickers, loaders, helpers) ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure timely documentation of all inbound/outbound shipments in coordination with transport and logistics partners.
  • Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Reporting Manager/Department Head.

Key Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations. Preferred within the perfume, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
  • Strong exposure to handling raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel – reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis.
  • Good understanding of warehouse safety protocols, especially for flammable or regulated products.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, enforce discipline, and maintain high performance standards.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.
