Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Dubai Investment Park – 1 (DIP-1) facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, accurate inventory handling, and team coordination to meet operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting
• Implement safety and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
• Resolve discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
• Train and motivate team members for performance excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory software and MS Excel
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Forklift license (preferred)
• Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
